The idea is to plan tasks using the user story process from the agile methodology. Write tickets in the form of a user story will allow developers and Ops to understand what development needs to be done and why.A perfect user story as a what (who, where, trigger), a why and acceptance criteria.

The DevOps process flow is all about agility and automation. Each phase in the DevOps lifecycle focuses on closing the loop between development and operations and driving production through continuous development, integration, testing, monitoring and feedback, delivery, and deployment.

03.The code has passed the testing process and is ready to be deployed.
DevOps engineer will work with development team staff to tackle the coding and scripting needs. Gets the final approval on the plan, code, build and deploy changes done. Once approved, deploys the changes and monitors the infra.
